Before we begin, relax, pop open a cold beverage and read this blog in its entirety before attempting this.
Today’s topic is on mixed drink writing and today we’re going to discuss what goes into the topic of mixed drink writing.
But before we do that let me briefly discuss what exactly mixed drink writing is.
As you might know a mixed drink is a drink with many layers; soda or tonic water, fruits if used and then a topping of choice.
Mixed drink writing is exactly that same format BUT it contains this:
A strong base of text as the first layer, perfect (or near perfect) punctuation and spelling as the next layer and as the topping you have a strong ending that grabs the reader in and intoxicates you with the sheer purpose of drawing you into the piece being presented.
So next time you get out your ingredients for a drink, think of this topic and continue on.
